4. The poll says nothing about "first timers". It specifies "Past Participation".

It doesn't specify what groups constitute those who did not have past participation. It might include first timers, however, that's not specified.

*Past participation refers to previous participation in a Iowa Democratic Presidential Caucus.

So, have they ever caucused on the Democratic side, yes or no.
