This is how CBS started tonight's news. We can be sure no mater how one try's to spin this it is not going away and will continue to caused major damage. We can not risk having Hillary as our Candidate, for those who can not bring them selfs to back Bernie it my be time to find another person other than Hillary to get behind because we can not risk losing the WhiteHouse over Hillary's bad judgment.
Hillery is not a victim here she brought this on herself so let us not let her bring down our party.
I have no doubt there are high level talks right now in Washington about getting someone else in the race.

(3,226 posts)If you do not want to back Bernie then Back someone else or draft Elisabeth Waren or Joe Biden but our Party can not risk having Hillary as the representative of the Demercratic party, and as I said I bet others in Washington and the DNC are looking for plan B

(8,733 posts)That piece of information is not relevant. The transmission, printing or storing of potentially classified information to or from an unsecure device and to anyone without a specific need to know, is a crime.
Yes, there are always mitigating circumstances that are taken into consideration but it does not change the fact that she violated the law.

(1,644 posts)Markings are pretty irrelevant. So, whether or not they were labeled as classified is no excuse.
