Because Bernie wants equal health care for everyone and H says NO to health care for everyone: because "That's too hard"

Those endorsements mean greater access to the local level political structures, meaning it's easier to leverage existing knowledge to drive turnout. If there isn't a large turnout among new voters, Sanders is going to have a difficult time winning given his deficit in the polls with minority voters considering a majority of the states shortly after Iowa and New Hampshire look very different demographically.
