6. Republicans register and vote. Democrats register, gather in groups and try to draw

people from other candidates who are not viable. Then, once the groups are formed for each viable candidate, heads are counted which determines how many delegates they get.

We had so many show up, I stood in line for over an hour to get registered. I think some of the precincts were caught off-guard at the number of people.

The (D)s have that whole crazy process with people being able to switch and the need to get to 15%.

Plus, this is a virtual tie. Cruz won by ~4% so they don't need to be as accurate.
