Another Story From The Local Watering Hole (Shit Storm Ensues)

So...

As we are discussing caucuses, debates, fund-raising, and polling...

A person, retired, but long in the tooth with CA State politics, pipes up and says...

"You'll know TPTB are panicking if Michael Bloomberg jumps in."

I ask... " What would happen then ???"

He says, "Although we would all prefer Elizabeth Warren to be a fighter/leader for Bernie Sanders in the Senate if he were to be elected...

If Bloomberg were to "jump in"...

I would suggest that Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren team up.

They might make an announcement whereby Sanders, who is 74 and did not necessarily want this, makes a deal with Warren where she is announced his VP if elected, and he serves one term.

Leaving Elizabeth Warren available as the first Woman President of the United States."

A whole lot of people nodded in agreement.

What say you ???

They serve good drinks there.

Bernie's got a hell of a lot more energy that I do, and I am younger than him.

In 8 years she'll be 74. I know, she's only a couple of years younger than Hillary, but looks about 15 years younger.

I like to hear conversations like this, meanwhile, while people start thinking about how screwed up the world is when people like Bloomberg "jump in"!

It won't reassure people; it will just send the media into a frenzy of speculation about which health problem he's concealing. Warren's not that much younger than Bernie. He'd do better to select a running mate under 60 whom he trusts. I don't see Bloomberg as a reason to change that.

Or one that wouldnt pull way more votes from the GOP than from us.

There are maybe a handful of manhattan Multimillionaire PUMA types who would vote for him, thats it.
