I said earlier: Rachel will come around when Bernie keeps going...

She already did. She started by saying that "liberal media" was a misnomer.

She was talking about Sanders' win being an inspiration to her because she remembered the 1992 NH primary with Pat Buchanan spewing hate against gays. She was 19 at the time and said that she also knew the Democrats (including Bill Clinton) didn't "have her back".

She seemed definitely excited about the left wing Democrats actually rising up.

So she can keep her ass under the bus with the rest of the people well off enough to not have to see the people dying out here.

Clinton ran on, and tried within his first weeks in office, letting gays serve openly in the military. He got defeated on that. But he did open every single, solitary other position in government to openly gay people before his first term was up. He also vastly increased funding for AIDS research, which is why people who are 18 now don't have to think they are going to die before age 30 if they happen to be a gay male. I am not vastly different in age to Rachel and I remember Buchanan's speech but I also remember Clinton was a good, not perfect, but good friend of gays in the White House.

7. Sacred

sacred

adjective sa·cred ˈsā-krəd

Simple Definition of sacred

: worthy of religious worship : very holy
: relating to religion
: highly valued and important : deserving great respect

To call something "sacred" then flip flop on it is almost beyond belief. Either she should not have used that word or she will flip on anything.

We've been told over and over again on this site that no one is voting for Hillary just because she is a woman.

I'm rarely pleased watching/listening to pundits, but her remarks made me happy.
