I used to pick up coins around the house back when the kids were still home. Between my two sons & my husband, I had enough to begin throwing them in an old coffee can. I saved up enough to take the family to Disneyworld a few years later. Well, patience is also required.

But just think of the money that can be raised when the average donation is $27 & the number of people helping out is yuuuuuuuge.
