Wouldn't that be something? Would it help Bernie if he did?

He would probably endorse Hillary I suspect.

That one I could understand.

But who knows.... Times are a changin'....

Seems to me that there was not much help by WJC in 2000 when Al needed him most.

5. Good question

I seem to remember, if M$M is to be believed, lol, that Al Gore's handlers suggest he move away from WJC because of the Impeachment and also so he could be his "Own Man". LOL. Al Gore who's message was "The people vs the powerful" was on target - the problem was, in my opinion, that he was way too cautious and unable to let go of the minutia of "Image" and such. Bernie is so genuine. It is easy to be consistent when you are just yourself. Hillary is more like Gore and Bernie is like nothing I have ever seen but always hoped for.

and soon after that Bill started palling around with the Bushes, I would tend to agree with you.

I think he prefers to watch from the sidelines, but if I am wrong I feel confident in saying he won't be endorsing Trump either!

Al Gore did run a progressive campaign in 2000, and the Democratic Party, and especially the DLC, despised him for it. If he is privately rooting for anyone, I am thinking he probably would be feeling the Bern!

JMHO

The only positive thing they ever said was when he chose Lieberman as his running mate. I knew immediately Lieberman must be terrible.

and Gore really needed Florida.

Bill Clinton and Lieberman were longstanding friends - Gore and Lieberman, not so much.
