Can Hillary directly bash Obama's race (African American) in 2008 and still win AA votes in 2016?

Re-posted as an OP based on someone's recommendation.

Sanders has a problem reaching voters in the AA community vs. Hillary, based on Sanders saying Obama's policies can be improved on. What has Hillary said about Obama in recent history? Well.... it wasn't good last time she ran for president. Is this a double standard?
