6. I've always sacrificed for my kids....

which is why they are kinda of spoiled.
they are from the me, me, me, generation,
and I know why.

I pay for their health insurance, and a big part of their tuition
(although they each have a couple of loans),
their clothes, their vacation, and bought them cars, even if I drive a clunker
and they well know that they will always have a home to come back to if needed.

So My kids have never wanted for nothing, even if I have,
they've never known real struggle, because I made sure of that!

But true, they have always thought they knew better,
until they had lived for a while,
as when one has to start sacrificing for others,
that's when you realize how hard that is.

Plus they can do what they want when I kick the bucket,
since they'll also get all that I have worked for.

I think I have given enough,
and if they don't appreciated it,
it means that no matter what I have done,
I didn't do my job!
