Las Vegas Sun Endorses Hillary Clinton

By Biancardi

Pulitzer Prize winning Las Vegas Sun’s editorial board has endorsed Hillary Clinton (read here)

Some reasons why

On National Security

Our next president must wield a command of the world stage and all its dynamic, shifting intricacies……

… In Clinton we also have a savvy stateswoman with an established understanding of world affairs and building allegiances. She is widely applauded for shaping and executing — with the support of Russia, China and the European Union — economic sanctions against Iran that crippled the nation and were used as leverage to bring Iran to the negotiating table. Clinton’s diplomacy also dissuaded Hamas from firing rockets into Israel. While Clinton was traveling to 112 countries, her campaign for gender equality has been woven into our foreign-policy mission.

It's news reporting division did.

The paper's editorial board is like most major mainstream editorial boards: completely separate from its news reporters and totally in bed with corporate America.

I especially like the part where they contrast the difference between Clinton and Sanders' approach to Healthcare. It sums up the problem very well.

The Las Vegas Sun is one of the Las Vegas Valley's two daily newspapers. It is owned by the Greenspun family and is affiliated with Greenspun Media Group.

The paper published afternoons on weekdays from 1990 to 2005. The paper is now included as a section inside the pages of Las Vegas Review-Journal but continues operating exclusively on its website.

Publisher and president Brian Greenspun, former publisher Hank Greenspun's son, was a college roommate of President Bill Clinton. Greenspan welcomed Clinton, while president, as a house guest during a Clinton fundraising trip to southern Nevada.

College roommate? Surely you don't think that had ANYTHING to do with the endorsement! Peshaw!
