Bernie Sanders brother says the media are still trying to decide whether Bill Clinton is a nice or terrible rapist
Juanita Broaddrick came forward in the 1990s to accuse Bill Clinton of rape in 1978, the Washington Post reported. Paula Jones accused him of sexual harassment and Kathleen Willey said he groped her without consent. None of the accusations led Mr Clinton to be charged with a crime, although he did pay Ms Jones to drop her lawsuit.
Larry Sanders said he has real respect for Hillary - she just has "very different" policies to his brother.
The older brother, 80, also blamed the Clintons influence in the White House for minimising Bernie Sanders role in the civil rights movement.

Trump or whoever will clobber the Clintons with this sexual assault stuff.
Times have changed. No president today could get away with having sex with a 22 year old intern in the White House. Obama NEVER could have gotten away with it. What makes the Clintons so damn special that you don't expect Republicans will destroy them with this stuff in the fall?

(9,086 posts)Times have changed. People may have looked the other way in the 90s, but times have changed. That's not going to fly anymore. Thankfully our society today has much more awareness about issues of sexual assault, rape, and inappropriate relationships where people are in positions of trusted authority.
We've been through the Catholic Church scandal. We've challenged rape culture on campus. Sexual harassment on the job is taken much more seriously now.
Times have changed since the Clintons were in the White House. Times have changed and we're never going back. Thankfully.
President Obama has held the office with dignity and we all owe him and his family a lot of respect.
