(3,447 posts)Here's the wash, for those curious.
-"Bernie Bros exist! Glenn Greenwalk 'doubled down' on denying it, and that's like totally sexist! No, I have no proof, but if you don't listen and believe, you're a misogynist, a Bernie Bro, or you're h-white."
-Person and Person and Person and Person all got harrassed on Twitter! Clearly it's all Bernie Bros, and to deny it and note that they happen to type EXACTLY like a certain board on a certain pair of chans is sexist and racist as all hell.
Well, that about wraps up the article. Well written and not a word worth reading. If you replaced the proper nouns, you could practically script a copy of it from GamerGate. Tired, cliche, overused, and only of value to those du...I mean, 'interesting' enough to believe it.
If only I'd posted a few seconds earlier, I could be recognized for my uncanny predictive abilities.

(3,447 posts)But I got distracted by ferret play time, so this one will have to suffice. Nice prediction abilities.
...erm...not that it was difficult. "Someone posted an article devoid of any actual information. I'm sure no one will comment on it." isn't exactly the standard format for the internet, natch.

(1,545 posts)If Bravenak posted that she had a nice piece of cake for dessert, Bernistas would respond asking her why she supported diabetes, lecturing her about why she should be eating gluten free, and extolling the superiority of pie.

(3,447 posts)I think she has me on ignore (but I could be wrong on that). It's pretty typical among a lot of longtime posters (or my paranoia suggests it is ), but even though I can honestly say I don't think I've agreed with her more than twice, I don't go looking for her posts or anything. I'm more a hit-and-miss responder (partially because I half-type up posts, then go "Nah, not worth it" and refresh a lot) with respect to what threads I enter.
Besides, anyone with a lick of sense knows funnel cakes are superior to regular cake and pie. Didn't your mother teach you about life?!
((Fair season in Indiana before too awful much longer. C'mon, cherry funnel cakes!))

Bernie has those tools, Hillary has Wall Street bankers. At least Bernie can say he doesn't let his bad apples decide policy for him.
