at least, should that be the case, the Democrats proved to be more successful in one area than the Republicans...

(198 posts)I heard that the craziness last night may have benefitted Trump. I think it's more just because they weren't expecting that many people, but I guess you can have your conspiracy theory.

(12,685 posts)Primary was (showing the checks and balances that had been put in place). There was one site where mention was made of confusion or something (don't recall what word was used) because so many people showed up but the host replied that the caucuses were well run based on what they had showed.
Compare that to people coming into the Democratic caucus without registering, the crash of the registration system, etc.
