Can someone explain this MSNBC delegate count?

They've got Clinton at 69 & Bernie at 52. Where are they getting this from? Is it projecting delegate from SC (where currently 0% results are reported).

1. Nope. Change the channel. You are watching a network that holds fundraisers for Hillary.

So it looks like it's including unpledged delegates. Well they're called 'unpledged'.

However, there are 8 additional delegates from each state. To date Iowa - 6 of the 8 have pledged to HRC. NH - 6 of the 8 have pledged to HRC. Nevada - 3 of the 8 have pledged for HRC and 1 for BS.

states that have already had their caucuses/primary (NV, IW, & NH).

Minus those 21, she has 52 pledged delegates just like Sanders. It is just a way to push the propaganda that Clinton is inevitable and ahead.
