For all this crowing about how well she is doing with PoC and other key groups in the South, with all due respect to my friends in the South, in a general election, that support is insignificant and meaningless to the major voter base there. Obama, who won in landslides both times, lost the southern states in the general election by double-digits, both times. Assuming tRump is the republican nominee, he will win them effortlessly, including Florida, North Carolina, Virginia, South Carolina and especially Georgia.

I never said anything even similar to "no African American could ever hope to win in NC or VA." why are you including a racial overtone to this?? Thats absurd and makes you seem desperate.

VA and NC are purple(ish) states. Places like GA, SC and TX are not purple states. I also think that a tRump will carry all of them, including NC and VA, especially against HRC.

"Obama, who won in landslides both times, lost the southern states in the general election by double-digits". If Obama could win in North Carolina, Virginia AND Florida, I have no worries that Clinton will be competitive there.

I lived in VA for the 2008 and 2012 elections and I worked very hard for Obama's campaign as well as being a trained Democratic Party poll observer both years. I know the difference in campaigns with momentum and campaigns that do not.
