PPP Tweets: More bad news for Romney; Behind in WA and MI (still) No lead in AZ.

Even if he wins he is going to have to spend a lot of treasure to eek out marginal wins.

Behind Santorum in Washington

Santorum still up about 10 points on Romney in Washington state through 2 days of our polling there

Romney doing weaker in AZ than expected

The first night of our polling in Arizona was pretty much a tie between Romney and Santorum

Romney still behind in MI

Santorum leading on the first night of our new Michigan poll, but much closer than we found

1. Arizona is winner-takes-all

Does Romney over-perfom the polls with mormons or momon states?

3. That's the last WTA until April

Going to be tough for the Mittster.

Two years ago in a straw poll at the Utah State Convention Romney only got 55% of Republican delegates in a poll taken there.

His support among Mormons has always been exaggerated.

http://www.dailypaul.com/134280/romney-only-at-52-in-utah-bood-at-state-convention

While Mitt Romney, who nominated Bennett, was mobbed by well-wishers when he stood in front of Bennett's convention booth signing autographs and posing for pictures, there was a smattering of boos when Romney walked on the stage with Bennett.

And, later in the program, there was only polite applause when various speakers said that Romney should be the GOP presidential nominee in 2012, or would unseat President Barack Obama in two years.

Indeed, a pre-convention poll of GOP delegates for the Deseret News and KSL-TV found that only 55 percent of delegates favored Romney in a mock presidential race in 2012. And Romney got 90 percent of the 2008 presidential primary vote in Utah

5. And Michigan is his home state and hs dad was governor.

If he can't take Michigan or Arizona, he is a DOA candidate if he were to make it to the general.

No matter what happens from here, he is no longer inevitable.
