Because at the end of the day she needs to win over his very passionate supporters and it makes it harder for reconciliation if she crushes him. She needs to give him the dignity and respect that he deserves.

(5,420 posts)Winning over the sanders voters after daily nonstop ridicule and snark to his supporters. Well I am hearing a lot about a write in campaign if Bernie ones not win. Seems a lot of people would rather write in Bernie than vote for a Clinton.
But it is funny to watch the Hillorites sweat it now after saying the most vile things I have ever heard day in and day out.

(615 posts)Maybe she and her campaign should have thought of that before saying things like that his plan for universal Medicare meant that he wanted to dismantle Medicare and take health care away from millions and millions and millions of people.
Dignity and respect were thrown aside some time ago.

Ralph Kramden was mispronouncing the term, sort of the same way Slip Mahoney would on The Bowery Boys!
I never knew that was the real term, the origin, a mere bagatelle!
