Unless I've missed it, I haven't seen anyone else report that Clinton won by a commanding margin in American Samoa; according to ABC: 73%-27% (8 to 3 PD).

I think ABC is the only place to have reported on it (though I could be wrong); it seems to have slipped by CNN entirely.

I'm sympathetic to AS since they get shafted out of voting in the Gen.
