(30,249 posts)They are both impassioned. I am not a Clinton fan by any means, but calling her a harpie is sexist. There's more than enough info to discredit her, you don't need to attack her person.

(43,518 posts)Half the fun, though, was the gesture that accompanied it. Bernie threw his hands out and up: "here ya' go! Here's all of it!" (all of his transcripts)
So funny.
Poor Clinton. All she can do is purse her lips and nod. Bobble, bobble, bobble. Come on: I expect a better response from somebody who thinks she rates $153 million in speaking fees.

there were a LOT of reasons for GM's bankruptcy, not least the foreign transplants in the non-union southern right to work states.
But having to pay employee and pensioner health care was certainly a huge reason

No one is abusing their speaking time, both are getting equal time. Just let them finish.

(30,269 posts)And found their comments during the debate pretty annoying when you can't hear what the candidate is saying.
However, their comments after the debate gave food for thought......that Bernie is not as prepared/practiced as he should be. I'm not sure if that's a good thing or a bad thing. I love his honesty and impassioned focus on the issues, even if it comes across as unscripted. I just wonder how much Hillary's practiced polish comes across as more "presidential" to some people.
