She acts like a bully, interrupting the other candidate, and then when called on it, cries "I'm a woman, how dare you!".

It's a really old act, and it's not fooling anyone.

I've seen this tactic used often on political Facebook pages, usually by female Clinton supporters, to gain sympathy from moderators.

To be frank I actually respect Clinton more for calling him on that, I didn't recall that exchange at all back then.

This is very similar to her present campaign which plays to brand and identity politics.

Clinton has high negatives so the standard strategy there is to try and bring the other person's numbers down into range (or run against Trump who has similar "unfavorable" scores).

I remember watching that live. I was furious at Hillary for her interruptions and rudeness.
