Town Hall Debate Style Presents a Challenge for Rude, Chronic Interrupter Mitt Romney

Wondering what to expect from Mitt Romney at Tuesday’s town hall debate at Hofstra University in Hempstead, New York? Based on his interactions with voters at various events including a previous town hall, Romney’s going to have to work hard to reign in his rudeness and condescension. It’s one thing for him to do this to voters in small venues, on the rope line, or even to do it to the President as he did in the first debate, but he can’t afford to lose his cool with voters Tuesday.

Like this: Romney, sounding like a cross between an executive telling off an employee and a belligerent, power hungry parent to a child, took down a voter at New Hampshire Town Hall in August of 2011.

A cheat sheet. Here's another video of Rmoney. This one shows what he does with his cheat sheet. But what I was looking for was. After Rmoney threw his cheat sheet up on the podium, the camera goes to Obama, and back to Rmoney. It looks like Rmoney is pulling something else out of his pocket. That could have been his hankie.

when LIES are the easiest things to remember since you make them up as you go?

You have to remember them more than the truth. A cheat sheet would allow him to remember all the zingers he needed to spew. I was watching MSNBC today, and caught the part where Rmoney has his hand in his left pocket after the camera panned from Obama. It looked funny how he moved real fast like he was hiding something.

Rmoney has probably cheated his whole life. The cheat sheets give him confidence.

other primary debates with Perry and the gang. "My turn my turn my turn" ad nauseum

Romney, “You had your turn! You had your turn madam! Let me have mine. Hold- let me have mine! Yeah listen, I’ll give you the microphone in a moment but let me complete. I’m sorry, it’s my turn! You had yours, now it’s my turn. Would you please hold on a moment and let me finish. Okay, good. This is the answer!”

last debate knowing full well Biden had lost
a wife and daughter in a similar accident, I
realized they are capable of saying anything.

Romney will be on his best behavior but Obama's
years spent in community organizing will serve
