It has to be an outlier. But you never know these days.

Not that West Virginia matters because Bernie supporters have said that red states don’t matter because Republicans will win there in November.

Hillary supporter a month or so ago that WV was possibly full of racists.......perhaps they are anti-semitic also???

11. WV has a closed primary, so only actual Democrats will be able

to vote, and the population skews older as a higher than average proportion of young adults have to seek employment elsewhere. Both of those factors may lead to a strong vote for HRC.
