I doubt either campaign had anything to do with it, but both have to demand a DoJ civil rights division investigation.

This is not a single-issue crisis. There is ample empirical evidence that long-time registered Democrats were disenfranchised by long lines and/or being forced to use a provisional ballot despite having official documentation from the Registrar's office of proper party affiliation.
