Can we please stop with the identity politics!!

No one in the democratic primary is going to be worse than Hitler or try to "destroy" democracy......can't really say the same about the republicans. But can we please stick to the issues!! Saying that one candidate will attempt to overthrow the government because of a word they call themselves reduces us to the intellectual level of TRUMP and his ban on Muslims.

I have logical reasons for not wanting Hillary to be my president but I would never make the statement that she would actually try to become some kind of tyrant.

That's just stupidity.

ID politics is "I'm voting for her because she's a *woman*, and it's high time... yada yada yada."

Or " How dare THEY be racist against US when there are more of US than there are of THEM.... blah blah blah."

Which is another brand of stupidity altogether. Albeit one w. a more malignant potential.

In endless disguises and permutations.

The second one we're supposed to pretend never happened. And doesn't exist.

their lack of numbers is an element of elimination rhetoric. It's a suggestion that violence could follow by an overwhelming majority over that minority.
