The Tumblr page “Bernie Bro Who?” compiles all of the most offensive tweets from diehard Hillary Clinton supporters. The site describes its mission as a tool meant to keep all supporters of all candidates honest and respectful:

Abusive behavior online is nothing new. This site is dedicated to combating the unfair “Bernie Bro” narrative given to Bernie Sanders supporters. Abuse runs rampant in all factions of both the Republican Party and Democratic Party, including the Hillary Clinton camp. This Tumblr will hopefully serve as a reminder, to both Hillary and Bernie supporters, to treat each other with *respect.

In the interest of fair reporting, it’s important to note that every candidate isn’t without their prejudiced supporters, regardless of whose supporters the media chooses to shame. But Hillary Clinton’s supporters have gotten a pass, until now.

If Sanders supporters are worse online, I suspect it's because they are more likely to be digital natives. But that isn't related to the Sanders campaign, but the fact that often people choose to suck online, particularly towards women and minorities. Thus the ugliness shown to Nina Turner.

What campaign spokespeople or endorsers say is different in my opinion. So Sanders does own the garbage spewed by West for example.

These bigoted and offensive messages, on both sides, come from a handful of people. This back and forth stuff is making a mountain out of a mole hill. "Your supporter said this!" "Yeah? We're spending endless hours debating the remarks of a few people who are not connected with either campaign, except they have computers and cell phones, and too much time on their hands. We will never "prove" their renegades are worse than our renegades, so what is the point?

That there is a significant portion of supporters on both sides that think these offensive trolling comments represent most of the supporters of their opponents supporters.
