Not sure what they think they would do with Sanders' tax returns but if he checked that box at the top that says "Do you want $1 to go toward the Presidential campaign" they will no doubt scream that he donated to Clinton or to Trump or whatever tempest the can fit into the next teapot.
The only thing that moves a Clinton scandal off the front page is the NEXT Clinton scandal.
