no sense at all. Apples and oranges, ya know. And his lack of tax return transparency is VERY important to many.

It is supposed to counter the transcript demands I think. Not sure what they think they would do with Sanders' tax returns but if he checked that box at the top that says "Do you want $1 to go toward the Presidential campaign" they will no doubt scream that he donated to Clinton or to Trump or whatever tempest the can fit into the next teapot.

The only thing that moves a Clinton scandal off the front page is the NEXT Clinton scandal.

behind the call for him to release his returns in the first place. If it were a distraction, Bernie could make it go away in an instant. But he chooses not to, for some reason.

Here's a simple way for Bernie to defeat that evil conspiracy.

Release his damn taxes.

if someone had alluded to Bill Clinton's shell corporation before the release of these papers, y'all would be shouting 'conspiracy theory' and demanding it be tossed into Creative Speculation. Funny that.

started asking Sanders campaign for his returns and got stonewalled.

Repeatedly.

Maybe Sanders's lack of transparency is not someone else's fault.
