I can't wait until he takes it to the republicans.

Wish he was my congressman. I have Ander Chrenshaw. He's a do nothing military vote panderer here in Jacksonville, FL. Talk about an empty suit.

I feel like he speaks for me. I worked for my congressman during the past two elections, but he lost the last one to a teabagger. Now we're redistricted and all I know about the Democrat is that he voted with the Republicans to censure Eric Holder. Wish I could vote for Alan Grayson instead.

He's running in the district next to mine. Wish I could vote for him, but just glad he's winning. Wish they showed some polls.

When they redistricted, they had to put all those new Obama favoring hispanic dems somewhere. They mapped a district with Grayson's house in it, that is roughly +10 for dems and heavily hispanic (mostly Puerto Rican, more importantly, not Cuban). Grayson ran ads during the republican primary against his preferred opponent for being "too conservative" carefully pointing out all his T-party positions and bona fides. (Not hard as Todd Long is the real T-party deal to the core) The heavily T-party repug primary turnout defeated defeated the vastly more moderate hispanic republican, giving republicans a candidate the T-party loves but had no chance of winning in the demographics of the district. In short, Grayson held most of the cards going in and then ran a smart campaign that did not waste any of them.

essentially saying that redistricting helped him more than any other democrat in the nation.
