Will Romney throwing Mourdock under the bus help Donnelly?

It seems it might, as Romney is running better than Mourdock in Indiana. This would be a Democratic takeaway, so it might be very significant in terms of helping Obama with his agenda in the U.S. Senate.

Romney can try to throw him under the bus but if Democrats know how to run a campaign, they would not with the damning ad DNC ad. Will DNC attack?
