Why must Hillary supporters feign outrage over Bernie

spending "hundreds of thousands of dollars" to give a 10 minute speech at the Vatican today" and then go on about compassionate Hillary spending today in Harlem by comparison?

No less why must they post this small-minded ridicule in the Hillary group instead of in GD-P?

Why? From the people who consistently complain about Bernie supporters being hurtful and mean? I don"t understand that.

This stuff really seems quite childish.

you go. It was an wonderful opportunity for Bernie to discuss income inequality, social justice and climate change at the Vatican.

This was never about "photo ops". Only in your mind.

Bernie will be back in New York tomorrow. Hillary will be dining at the home of a venture capitalist, charging people $350,000 just for the privilege of sitting next to her and the rest of the one-percent Glitterati.

You find Bernie's trip "odd" but you don't find Hillary's grotesque display odd? How about revolting?

Before you criticize Bernie for speaking out about the importance of helping the less fortunate, you might want to take a gander at the laughable spectacle that she has going on at that venture capitalist's mansion.

There will be 1,500 protesters there, at the mansion gates--drawing attention to the contrast between a candidate whose campaign is funded by "We The People" and the candidate whose campaign is funded by powerful special interests, millionaires, billionaires and hedge---fund managers.

It comes from knowing that Bernie's goal is getting people to understand that the political game is rigged against the 99% and that his message is catching on. Hillary has been pandering to the 1% ever since she carpetbagged her way into the Senate but until now she's been able to disguise her participation in the soft corruption of national politics (on both sides of the aisle) as normal speaking gigs and fundraising appearances. Everybody does it, right? Maybe they do, but Bernie's point is that they shouldn't - not Democrats or Republicans - because it turns democracy into a hollow sham that works only for the wealthy.

Those who support the safe, business-as-usual center either don't believe this or don't care. If you don't believe it you'd better look again; if you don't care, you might as well vote GOP. At least they don't pretend they aren't corporate tools because they believe that's what politicians ought to be. Establishment Dems just pretend they aren't corporate tools in order to get the votes of the 99% who have been getting hosed by the vampire squids of Wall Street and think government ought to work for the people, but those politicians don't want their gravy train to be derailed.

The outrage arises from Bernie pulling back the curtain.
