2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumHillary loves to use Obama to excuse herself.
She loves to point and say "look at Obama he took Wall Street money too; did that effect his policies towards them?" Um actually yes it did as is blatantly evident by a lack of prosecution of a single Wall Street crook! Why Bernie does not counter her "he did it too" defense by pointing this out I will never know...

(1,182 posts)Hillary wants it both ways--associate herself with Obama's positives, run away from what's left.
The complaint isn't about the criticism, it's about the hypocrisy.

(59 posts)we start with Hillary's best friends; the execs at Goldman Sachs for knowingly selling made to fail toxic mortgages and then betting on them to fail in the speculative market. That's just for starters... I could go on if you would like.

(31,170 posts)Specifically fraud. If you don't think the DoJ could have indited on fraud charges your willfully ignoring the evidence that's out there. And specifically who? If you are the CEO or sit on a board and you reap the benefits of illegal fraudulent actions then you are liable to the full extent of the law. If you have a DoJ willing to prosecute like they used to back in the 1980's that is.
