The Papal Residency isn't like a lobby at your local Holiday Inn Express...

You cannot just waltz in, hide behind some bushes and then pop out when the Pope is making his leave for Greece. What an absurd talking point coming from these Hillarians. The sooner y'all get over this Pope visit the sooner it will go away... DAYUMN!

The only exceptions were Presidents Evo Morales of Bolivia and Rafael Correa of Ecuador, who stayed at their country’s embassy in Rome.

is there some limit on the amount of pixel ink you can use? "he had the kindness to greet me" doesn't sound like the Pope was unhappy with the circumstances.

Obviously this was planned. Several media outlets and reported on this meeting, including CNN, Time, the BBC, ABC and USA Today. Both Sanders and the Pope have CLEARLY stated that this was not a political meeting. Bernie said--even before the Clinton digital response team started up--that the Pope was not politically endorsing him.

The Clinton supporters can't get over how ridiculous and petty they look after they spent so much time insisting that Bernie would never, ever meet the Pope, "OMG, the Pope is taking off for Greece, so he doesn't have to deal with this!"

They have been outed as fools, and Bernie remains intact with his integrity.

It's the pissy sorority-girl mentality vs. decent folks.

They lose. They can't stand it.

You're suggesting that because there aren't any pics, therefore Bernie, Monsignor Soldano and Bernie's wife--all people who were there--are all liars.

You do realize that the Pope discussed that he met with Bernie right?

Both Bernie and the Pope stated earlier today that this was not a political meeting, nor was it in any way an endorsement.

The adults who were there have spoken. This hilarious chatter and spin from the Hillary peanut gallery is some funny shit!

I've never seen such desperate spin on DU!

And I can't recall the kind of childishness of the sort coming out of the Hillary forum. I know it is wrong to make this comparison about fellow Democrats, but it's more like the "I know you are but what am I" and the "he started it" idiocy coming from the Trump campaign.

I've said repeatedly that if Hillary is the nominee, I will vote for her. I will hold my nose, but I will vote for Hillary. The kind of crap emanating from the Hillary supporters here, from Bill, and from Hillary surrogates across the country is getting to the point where, you know, I might just reconsider. Peevish, I know. And I probably won't follow through. But if this kind of deceit, and childishness, and rewriting history, or ignoring history is indicative of the kind of person Hillary is and the kind she will surround herself with, I am more than a little concerned with what her presidency might look like.

was in Berlin? And he had like 100,000 Europeans out in support and happy to see the USA get rid of the Bush disaster? Remember how the GOP spun that remarkable moment for the USA and for a political campaign into a negative thing because it made McCain look bad? This is the same type of gimmick the Clinton people are utilizing.

I've seen more Republican type moves made by the Clinton camp, that it make me sick. They literally pre-bought or placed their operatives into on-line media forums. They buy on-line bots to spam up comment sections (even operate here to a pretty high degree to create a daily message spin). Then, in states that do actually have exit polling, we have margins of the vote outside of the 5% error of the actual vote tabulations (at this point, it looks like OH, MA, and MO were most likely stollen). The Arizona primary woke up more of a firestorm with the lack of precinct voting, the voters who sent in mail-in ballots going 75% for Clinton, and the switching of registrations in a closed primary state. And now, it's just a coincidence that NY and CA registrations are switching or being made inactive?

These are Republican tactics. And the Bush family is extremely tight with the Clintons. He's the 5th son or some such nonsense. And the way in which she is speaking about the ME, we will probably see an escalation of military efforts in that region. The bankers and Wall St will be protected (those companies didn't pay her speaking fees and put money into her Pacs or the DNC because they passionately wanted to see the first female president).

I'm just wondering what Tuesday in NY primary will look like? The "polls" are already setting up people's expectations that she's going to win by large margins (so I suppose they want to keep people from being hopeful of Bernie or that standing in a 5hr line isn't worthwhile anyway-- voter suppression). And if she pulls out a large win, it will make the momentum or ability for Sanders in the next states to make headway or push people out to the polls for a nomination he won't get.

Let's face it, after 2008, they weren't taking any chances. I honestly have to wonder what is the motivation to become President so badly that one is willing to lie, cheat, and steal their way into the office? How is that going to look for the next 4 years? And by the time the Republicans start beating up on her, will the establishment even let her into the House? Republicans look at it like its their house as it is.

What a strange time to be alive? And in the middle of history being made. What direction will America choose? Are we creating our own demise? Rome is burning and are we fanning the flames to annihilate it or will we grab all the socialized firefighters and volunteers to throw water on it? What a fascinating, exciting, and scary time to be alive for sure.
