1. Understand that when you are voting by provisional ballot...

...you are attesting to being a registered voter AND eligible to vote in the Primary. Doing so simply because you think Primaries should be open would be a violation of election laws.

No one is going to rule that this is an open primary so flooding the polls with bogus provisional ballots is simply a way to inject uncertainty into every aspect of the election.
