2. Apathy will be a more serious issue than you think..... thanks to the Clinton style of campaigning

4. I keep hearing this — apathy and lack of enthusiasm towards Clinton but . . .
it actually seems to apply more towards Sanders' supporters.
I mean just look at the overall vote and delegate counts through out the entire campaign. Clinton supporters turn out to vote, Sanders supporters on the other hand, turn out at huge rallies but lag in turning out to vote. Now that's what I call apathy. |

7. 40 Percent of the vote against a well established machine is not apathy
And I wonder how many people who would have voted for Sanders were prevented by NY's arcane and exclusionary voting laws.

9. 40% is not 60%
you claim couldn't vote We can also call it apathy by people not paying attentions to whether they were going to be able to vote.

10. You are not taking the vaeiations among people into account
Let's say, hypothetically, you have someone who cares, but has become so jaded and cynical about the nature of modern politics that they don't associate with a particular party....Not that they do not care about things, but they see nothing constructive getting done. So they decide "A pox on all their houses." But then Bernie hits a chord, and they see some daylight and ant to support them....But, oops. Because he had not envisioned a viable candidate like Sanders months ago, he can;'t vote for Bernie in the primary.
There are endless variations and reasons people were ineligible to vote for Sanders in the primary...and it's not because they are stupid, or apathetic or whatever. |

5. Please stop promoting this narrative about Clinton.
Overall, Clinton is running a very positive campaign. Day in and day out.
Clinton is not even close to the negativity coming out of the Sanders campaign. Not even close. They are even discussing subverting the will of the voters. |

6. We'll have to disagree on that
My television has so far been spared from the times I've wanted to throw my shoe at it hearing the distotrtedf and negative stuff Clinton and her surrogates have said

8. I think I see the difference. I don't get to that point.
I did get close with Sanders comments about Planned Parenthood and their more recent discussions about how they plan on subverting the will of the voters. Those are pretty egregious.
I still say this is one of the most polite primaries we have ever seen with respect to our candidates. It's only recently that Sanders went mostly negative. I never did think they had all that much control over their surrogates. They wish they did though. lol. |

11. My FB feed is on fire with independents
who say they will NEVER vote for Hillary. If she's the nominee she may pull out a win just because the Republicans are such a mess, but I'm guessing voter turnout will be abysmal, and there will be very little enthusiasm for her presidency.

12. Actually the opposite is probably true. Turn out will be way up. African Americans, Latinos, &
Women will insure that Trumpy doesn't become President.
A lot of House seats seem to be in flux now too. GOTV. ![]() |

15. About that base
They won back the congress!! Wait, no they didn't
Well they won back all the state legislatures! Not. I dunno, seems like that base they keep talking about is a minority. And it can't win elections. Isn't they special? |
