(15,805 posts)Look, you made this up, yeah? So what's your payoff? The article you cite neither makes nor implies any such claim. You must have known that story has been circulating for several days, and most readers are at least passing familiar with the context, so why did you think that you could get away with a deliberate falsehood?
This is cheap bait. More fan fiction tossed out as filler to avoid the empty space that has replaced any discussion whatsoever extolling Sanders policies, promoting his ideas or up selling his diminishing brand.

(15,805 posts)Charles Koch, a conservative multi-billionaire who has a long history of manipulating the media -- keywords there -- to exploit public opinion in favor of Republicans, suddenly suggests Hillary Clinton, the leading Democrat, will make a better president than any of GOP candidate. He makes this seemingly startling revelation at the same time as the pundits are speculating on how Sanders will end his campaign and endorse Hillary, convincing his followers to do the same.
Oh, you're right, its certainly not a "great conspiracy", just the standard reverse psychology intended to fool Bernie's youthful and the unsuspecting voters into trusting their kindly old Uncle Charles. While Koch may have said he could not back Trump or Cruz, but he also went on to say that as president, Hillary's "actions would be quite different than her rhetoric". Then he admitted that he could back either GOP candidate if "they backtracked on some of their controversial policies."
See how that all ties together so neatly?
Look, Bernie fans are delighted to believe any anti-Hillary propaganda, even the swill Republicans toss at them. Wily old Charles Koch hopes to tip the scales, and predictably, you lot swallowed the whole shebang without so much as pause and never even asked WHY a Republican would feed into your own anti-Hillary rhetoric.

(12,504 posts)How ironic that the person who does not want or seek their endorsement gets the cross over votes?
We don't need Koch or any other Republican to win, Bernie did...and he couldn't even gather that group.

(2,145 posts)Bernie and HRC woo anybody that will listen. Why make it partisan? Obviously, all politicians do that. In Bernie's case, he's left the establishment and is attracting a different kind of voter from both parties. Sometimes loyalty to one candidate blinds you to the bigger picture.

(12,504 posts)And furthermore are you seriously trying to imply every state Primary was a cloSed Primary?
Rarely do we ever get a double whammy like that.

(25 posts)Hillary's logo contains an arrow, pointing to the right, and in a way, that tells the whole story.
This not the Hillary we once knew, who promoted national health care plan, who blasted the "massive right wing conspiracy" that impeached her husband. It's not the liberal/progressive former first lady we knew.
This Hillary has run a dirty campaign, has trashed Sanders, and has gone out of her way alienate sanders' supporters.
She speaks of continuing Obama policies, yet Obama has resisted armed conflict, while HRC has gone out of her way to spark wars and covert operations overseas. she is a neoconservative now, which means that her goal will be to make the US global "empire" the strongest international military state in world history. with ever-increasing political-military dominance, cheap labor will become ever more abundant, and HRD will rely on american need/or greed to capitalize on it.
Not ony is she endorsed by a leading right-wing oligarch, but she may be guilty of perjury or obstruction of justice in the email case, or the Libyan invasion investigation.
regardless of Koch, there is a movement among republicans to begin impeachment proceedings against HRD on day 1 of her administration if she wins. they have a lot more material to impeach clinton with, and the senate may not be able to prevent her removal from office.
...thus, bernie for vp1
