phony doctor's hand as if to be attached. The baby also comes out from under the sheet not from the vagina. There is very little water or fluid from the uterus. The acting is also very unconvincing. The mother would be partly reclined or on her back pushing. The overlay of scratchy film is easily done on a computer.
