Clock is ticking Hillary supporters

Emails on Hillary Clinton's secret server matched top secret documents virtually word for word and included details of CIA drone strikes against Islamic radicals.

In case of Hillary, she is not an intelligent person and others probably ran the Department. She actually believed that the Benghazi violence was the result of Muslims becoming mad at a youtube video. She does not even realize that such a characterization of Muslims is racist.

If you have seen her emails, you will see that she seems uncomfortable with technology and gives directions to her staff to please print the email. She also does not tweet herself. This is clear because tweets were appearing when she was in the debate. Somewhere it says that if the tweet is directly from her, it will be indicated. My guess is that she orally dictates the tweets and someone else has to tweet it for her while she is awestruck by the idea that technology can do things like sending out tweets.

89. Myth No. 2: The Attack Had Nothing to do With the anti-Islam Video
Tue Apr 26, 2016, 12:11 AM
Apr 2016

While it has since proven true that there was not a protest outside the facility precipitating the attack, the notion that the attack had absolutely nothing to do with the YouTube video (a clip showing an excerpt from the anti-Islam film “The Innocence of Muslims” that sparked protests and riots in dozens of countries, many of which outside U.S. diplomatic missions) is simply not supported by the facts. In reality, many witnesses who were interviewed shortly after the attack said that the militants from the Ansar al-Sharia brigade were chanting about the video during the assault on the facility.

As reported in the L.A. Times, “Witnesses said members of the group that raided the U.S. mission specifically mentioned the video, which denigrated the prophet Muhammad.”

The Associated Press reported, “There was no sign of a spontaneous protest against an American-made movie denigrating Islam’s Prophet Muhammad. But a lawyer passing by the scene said he saw the militants gathering around 20 youths from nearby to chant against the film. Within an hour or so, the assault began, guns blazing as the militants blasted into the compound.”

The New York Times reported the month after the attack: “To Libyans who witnessed the assault and know the attackers, there is little doubt what occurred: a well-known group of local Islamist militants struck the United States Mission without any warning or protest, and they did it in retaliation for the video. That is what the fighters said at the time, speaking emotionally of their anger at the video without mentioning Al Qaeda, Osama bin Laden or the terrorist strikes of 11 years earlier.”

This doesn’t mean that the video served as the only reason for the attack. There is some evidence to suggest that perhaps the attack also served as retaliation for the death of Libyan militant and al-Qaeda associate Abu Yahya al-Libi who was killed in a U.S. drone strike three month earlier. But the claims that the attack had nothing whatsoever to do with the video do not comport with the evidence.

Tue Apr 26, 2016, 01:12 AM

that uses cassette tapes which are transcribed and then routed to an assistant to send as an email. I know several attorneys who practice that way one of whom is laughingly known as "The Great Dictator". Those attorneys are not particularly effective, however, and I do believe it would be difficult to run a cabinet department that way and get anything done in a timely manner.

I have only one person I call my leader, and that's myself.

At best, they weren't state secrets when she got them and if there was ever a danger of them becoming retroactively secret, then these security agencies should have stopped her from having the server. If this actually is an issue—and I do not believe that it is—they're as at fault as she is since they were in this game longer than her and they must have known that it was always possible that items would be retroactively classified.

Moreover, what the heck is retroactively classified anyway? That's like trying to put toothpaste back in a tube.

Now suddenly there is an acknowledgment that there is such a thing as national security and some things ought not to be revealed and it was too dangerous for Hillary to have that information on another server. From basically the same posters.

They should not care, because it makes it all transparent.

But heck, I will say it again, I think Fox News is unworthy of being posted here. Even if some of their journalism might be factual, it's always heavily spun right and, moreover, these type of pundit shows are not journalism at all. They're right wing opinion pieces.

Of course there is one silver lining to this cloud. All these posts from Right Wing Fox News just go to prove how much of a Right Wing Republican Hillary isn't.

I'm also certain that Democrats don't repeat the same hateful talking points as Republicans.

I'm convinced that Democrats can actually tell the difference between rightwing conspiracy theories and facts not in evidence.

I think Democrats do not confuse personal opinions with quantifiable facts.

I'm confident that Democrats support the concept of innocent unless proven guilty.

I know that Democrats do not conflate, rumors, innuendo and speculation with actual events.

I know what's important to Bernie Sanders, but beyond chastising Hillary Clinton, I'm not certain I understand what route to victory his supporters have taken.

Knowing that his agenda is to pave the way for electing as many Republicans as possible, which includes eliminating or at least weakening the leading Democratic contender any way he can, why on earth would you allow yourself to believe what he says?

I suspect that you find his "clear explanation" so plausible because he shores up your own acquired views on Clinton. You, like many other Sander's fans, find a shared affinity with so many of these influential Republican propagandists because of your like-minded anti-Hillary rhetoric.

That's very troubling. Democrats are not supposed think like Republicans, let alone hold them up as a trusted source of factual data just because they are glib showmen who understand how to tell the rubes exactly what they want to hear to close the deal.

I see that all the time, as soon as someone says anything that may be unflattering about Hillary's past or present, they immediately attack the messenger. Don't seem to have any perspective at all.

When the right wing don't responds to some scientist who is explaining climate change, they say, "He's a democrat who's been on lots of shows." They make that excuse and no they can ignore what he is saying.

This is exactly like what many are doing here.

This may not be his best video, but can you counter any of his facts?

I have seen a number of former high ranking intelligence professionals speak on this and they say the same thing he did. That is, that diverting those classified emails to her private server is a crime. So, just because someone you may not like is saying it, you think somehow that makes it untrue? There is something inherently wrong with that kind of thinking.

Get real!

Love this from the article --

"That campaign has been widely reported by Reuters and other media outlets, but it officially is classified as a 'Top Secret/Special Access Program' (SAP), meaning only a limited number of people whose names are on a special list are allowed to learn details about it."

Love also the statement that the reports cannot be discussed publicly but there are leaks everywhere as 4 sources talk about it.

Seems highly suspect to me.
