(1,511 posts)In politic it does not have to deal with the nature of the universe with te creation or deletion of matter. You an introduce things in to politics that are new, and things can go away, if policy loops then by your logic if you go even further to the left you end back where bernie is, so your point is moot.

(135,425 posts)But a Kennedy sits in Congress. We've had two Bush presidents, and they were related to Franklin Pierce.
On the other hand, if we get a 2nd President Clinton (nee Rodham), she will share no bloodline with the other one.
Seems pretty closed to me--it's certainly a family affair.
I don't think my point is moot at all.

But the above poster has Bernie actually stealing from a person. Not sure when taxing with representation or donating was ever stealing. Unlike the DNC that taxes independents to fund their closed elections.
P.S. I love the fact the cartoon is using the free stuff meme, and that the guy loves free stuff, and by the nature of the cartoon would then have a problem with taxes to pay? Does any one know how Costco or more so co-ops work? That is such a smarmy cartoon.

Old news, grade school stuff, but you knew that already right?
Who was pro war and voted for the IRAQ war that got thousands of innocents killed?
And before you go there, what's Bernie supposed to do, not vote to support a war that's already begun? He wouldn't be supporting the troops then would he?
If your going to pull shit like that try a little harder.

(135,425 posts)You think that POS drawing leading off this charade is liberal?
northernsouthern
(1,511 posts)The "POS" cartoon as you put it is reflecting on the unrest between people in the DNC that want change, but feel like Hillary in her position of wealth and power does not care or want to care about our position by her constant talking points of the "dreamers" narrative insinuating we need to wake up. If this was a republican talking point it would be about her wanting to steal from the working class. You need to understand the nature of the argument if you are going to refute it.

They are calling us lazy moochers...which is what your cartoon was.

Nice attempt to deflect, but that's a big fail. The point is valid and it stands.

(1,511 posts)It's a SHITTY thing to do.
Spoiler alert you used it. If asking you to look at your sources first is too much to ask, well then cool. I thought we were trying to avoid right wing propaganda, I proved to you that you are posting it. Nothing left to do.
MADem
(135,425 posts)a LEFT WING meme? Please--that crap -- and it is crap -- has been flung by Rush Limbaugh for decades now. Just because someone who doesn't have that rightwing stank on them uses the very same meme, don't expect me to not see it for what it is. In short, as Judge Judy says, "Don't pee on my leg and tell me it's raining."
The OP perpetuates a right wing meme--and one ugly, nasty right wing meme deserves another. Capisce?

(2,054 posts)for "free stuff" going to poor people by taxing working class folks.
As you know, Bernie has laid out very clearly how he plans to finance progressive programs that benefit ordinary working class and middle class people. Tax the rich, big business and Wall Street to help Main Street.
And that's why those interests are funneling millions into the campaign of the former Senator from Wall Street, Hillary Clinton.
Isn't that right?

(55,981 posts)for higher taxes on the working class. She is not about reducing the wealth gap, the constant drain of the 99% wealth to the wealthy. Sanders recognizes that the super wealthy, need to pay their fair share. Clinton and Goldman-Sachs don't agree. Oh yeah recently Clinton has come around to saying that maybe some loopholes should be closed. LOL. Right Hillary.
The cartoon is apropos.
MADem
(135,425 posts)MADem
(135,425 posts)Bernie hasn't laid out anything very clearly. His math is a complete chimera--ugly, scary, patched together, a complete mess, and nonexistent.
His nonsensical "plans" rely on cooperation from a Congress that hates him so much that nearly NONE of them will endorse him. If they don't think he should be POTUS, you seriously think they'll follow along with his hare-brained schemes? It's far more likely they'd tick off the days until he could be primaried--but that's in a mythical world where he could overcome his massive and relentless delegate deficit and gain the nomination...but that's not happening.
It's all over but the realization.
And that's just a fact. The Weaver plan of flipping the Supers is just crazy talk. That's not going to happen, and just proposing it shows how far out to lunch the leadership of his campaign is--no wonder he's flailing. He's taking incredibly bad advice from aides who specialize in goading, baiting and bullying--and it's all going over like a lead balloon. But now that they've gone on the attack, it's kind of hard for them to stop (Tad Devine is pulling millions out of the campaign every month for his own company, so of COURSE he wants the gravy train to keep rolling).
So they'll just crack on with the snark, the "Bros" will keep posting "Queen Hillary" cartoons, and eventually, it will spiral down and out. Poor Bernie. His legacy is tarnished with every chunk of crap flung....but hey....do go on!

Yeah, last midterms were all about that.
If your candidate can't win, it's someone else's fault, you know, like how the DNC wanted to attract Republican voters last midterm and shit on their base. The Democrats lost big but Progressive left legislation won big.
So good luck with your moderate Republican.
