2016 Postmortem
Related: About this forumNoting at the outset that Hillary approved of any slogan used on her behalf,
we can ask ourselves: Is "narcissist" among the first words that come to mind when seeing the picture below?

(1,825 posts)You undoubtedly understand:
"Best liar you've to"
"Most corrupt you've to"
"Worst Democrat you've to"
and so forth.

(13,218 posts)The last word 'to' is a typo and can easily be made out as 'got'. Make sense now? Sheesh, a first grader could have interpreted this for you. I really do recommend those English guides.
Is Hillary's tendency to be duplicitous rubbing off on you?
Is this sort of like Hillary "misspeaking" when she says that as she arrived in Bosnia she was encountered by "sniper fire"?

(13,218 posts)I see you do.

Bernie himself is an insufferable narcissist. Ever notice that he doesn't hold town hall events? He just holds rallies where he yells at people.

(1,825 posts)...the Hillary campaign would use a slogan (including her picture) that she did not approve of?

(8,311 posts)The way the topic could have been read was to suggest Hillary had told any group whatsoever that they could make a slogan in support of her and she wouldn't care. I would hate to see, for example, what horrible slogan the KKK or rense.com could have come up with, and couldn't imagine she'd be that dumb.
If you're only talking about official slogans, released by the campaign... that makes a LOT more sense.

(3,160 posts)now "She's with us". So the opposite from from where they started. Which in itself is a perfect metaphor for Her campaign.

(1,377 posts)That a narrow world view. I mean I am sure there are many people who gave to Clinton Foundation and got some sweet deals out of it thinking she has accomplished a bunch stuff. Ask Saudi Arabia they probably are happy for the services they bought from Clinton.

(1,825 posts)Given that WalMart has fought hard against unionization, and that Hillary not only served on that company's board of directors as it was fighting unionization & owned stock in the company, but also gave it words of praise.

But you might be able to provide for us information about all Hillary has done to promote unionization.

(6,409 posts)It really stands out in things like this. I mean, when you look at it, the first thing that hits you is that it's directing us to the right. Then you think for a minute and consider it might be pointing to the future, progress, etc. But it's still pointing right.
