That Texas millionaire who ran against Ann Richards for governor back in 1990? The idiot had a 33-point lead in the polls until he said this:
"Rape is just like bad weather. Ain't nothing you can do about it, so you might as well just lie back and enjoy it."
Scary thing is, the asshole still received 48% of the vote. That's Texas for you.
