Related: About this forumClinton outraises Sanders in April
Hillary Clinton outraised Bernie Sanders in the month of April, according to fundraising figures reported Monday by the Democratic front-runner's campaign.
Clinton's campaign took in a total of $36 million in April, of which $9.5 million went to the Hillary Victory Fund, a joint fundraising operation between the campaign, the Democratic National Committee, and state parties. Of that total, $26.4 million of the $36 million went to the Clinton campaign itself, which enters May with $30 million on hand.
By comparison, Sanders' team on Sunday reported raising $25.8 million in April, a steep drop from its $44 million total in March.
"Thanks to 1.2 million people across the country we have the resources we need to continue to run a winning primary campaign while preparing for the general election," Clinton campaign manager Robby Mook said in a statement. "Hillary Clinton has always made it a priority to help Democrats up and down the ballot which is why we are proud to be helping to fund the coordinated campaign that will make up the heart of the Democratic organizing efforts for local, state and federal candidates this fall."

How much of that amount is "dark" money?

I honestly didn't think he could keep it up month after month.

to recruit donors for her may be paying off. Whether this practice is legal, has yet to be determined. One thing is for sure it is unethical.
Obama had the decency to wait until after the nomination to create such a fund. Where is Hillary's sense of decensy?

We'll see.
Whether Hillary wins or not, the Zen Master's story (via Nitsa, the Greek witch from Aliquippa, PA as told here by CIA operative Gust Avrogatos) may be in play.
My opinion is that Hillary Clinton is a weak candidate who does not stand strong on principles. Plus, she goes into the campaign as damaged goods.
Nevertheless, I will gladly support her in November if she gains the nomination.
But as Nitsa and the Zen Master said. "We'll see."
I know that one could make the same argument about Bernie.
My best to you. However, now is the time to come together, not divide.
