Does anyone know who hasn't yet been been paid from her campaign on the local levels? I've seen some complaints from locals that they've not been reimbursed yet. In her last campaign, she left vendors holding the bag for 5 million dollars. Obama had to come to the rescue to retire the debt from those she had stiffed.
