If it's Trump vs. Clinton, does this endanger the anti-trans "bathroom bill" push?

I mean, Trump isn't the greatest ally of the transgender community, but Rockwall, TX just killed its own "bathroom bill" last night, and Cruz is done, so does this mean we may see an end to any organized national effort?
