Sanders staying in only makes our side more interesting, AND it keeps specific policy areas in the conversation - like marijuana legalization- that the Debbie Wasserman Schultz crowd would just as soon pretend dont exist.

made her action at the convention--announcing the New York delegation voting Senator Obama over the top -- all the more dramatic.
Staying in is helpful as long as folks stick to the issues and don't indulge in character assassination, which only helps the GOP.
I think Bernie has done great things this year. Win or lose, he's made a substantial difference.
