That came out this morning is older than other polls posted yesterday. Why do pollsters continue to put out outdated polls?

So basically Romney is leading in states like TX by 20+, while Obama is leading states like CA 10+. Which is why Romney is leading by 1+. But in states like OH Obama is winning by 4.
