people keep taking bits and pieces out of context to twist their meaning, and then act outraged.

Her proposals are all here: https://www.hillaryclinton.com/issues/

On climate change and clean energy: https://www.hillaryclinton.com/issues/climate/

On coal specifically:

Revitalize coal communities. Building a 21st century clean energy economy will create new jobs and industries, protect public health, and reduce carbon pollution. But we can’t ignore the impact this transition is already having on coal communities. Hillary’s $30 billion plan to revitalize coal communities will ensure coal miners, power plant operators, transportation workers, and their families get the respect they deserve and the benefits they have earned; invest in economic diversification and job creation; and make coal communities an engine of US economic growth in the 21st century, as they have been for generations.

There are no specifics there. (And in fairness, that is not unique to her)

She's saying exactly what she has said before and written on her issues statement.

We DO want to get away from coal and move to clean renewable energy.

...and...

We DO want to help the people who've worked in coal to thrive in new jobs.

She has a record of complete failure. Utter and complete.

An abysmal record as senator and an even WORSE one as Secretary of State.

What, exactly, does "revitalize coal communities" mean? Does is mean coal mining goes away and new jobs come in? She needs to say something a bit more specific and meaningful to the guy trying to feed his family. The ordinary political blah-blah-blah will not cut it this year. People have heard it before and they're sick of it which is why Bernie and, heaven forbid, Trump are doing so well.

You need to face reality. Yes, she is far better than Trump, but that doesn't mean voters like her any better. This isn't going to be a cake walk. She's going to need a whole lot of the "hold your nose" vote.

His stances on energy will ensure that won't happen.

Sanders's inability to understand that repeating three points over and over ad infinitum is a losing formula and how he got to this place.

But people misused her comments against her. The misunderstanding of her self-described "misstatement" is THEIR fault!

She's so mealy-mouthed. Could anyone be more transparently false?!
