(1,788 posts)you know, they way these things are determined. What's so hard to understand about that?

(40,416 posts)But I don't have to like it. It will be the most difficult vote of my life, which is not short. So you have that going for you. Congrats.

(1,788 posts)I'm not sure why this gets discounted as if it's not a big deal. If it was anyone else, it would be a big fucking deal.

(58,785 posts)and commented on, the peculiar "president" distraction was a mistake. Imo, it's also needlessly...whatever. We have a long, very hard battle ahead, not so much against Trump himself but against many tens of millions on the right who will vote for anyone BUT a Democrat. Any Democrat.

(53,726 posts)And that video, brutal as it is, just scratches the surface of all the opposition research out there on him.
Him and his father excluded AAs from their buildings in NY, there are rumored mod connections for the concrete used at his construction sites, there are the numerous bankruptcies of this allegedly "brilliant" businessman, there is the philandering with women while still married to Ivana.
The list goes on and on.
He's imminently beatable, so listen up Sanders camp, better get on board or be left behind by the Clinton express.

(958 posts)Trump will dismiss all those comments as coming from vindictive losers that he beat like a drum.
What we need is an attack that goes straight to the core of what Trump is. Trump is money, and he got it by associating with organized crime, hiring illegal workers at construction sites, and bribing authorities to give him a leg up on the competition. Some hard evidence of Trump operating outside the rules will sink him in a flash.

(443 posts)Clinton can not hit him on that. Because she is one of the people he has given money too. It not something she can hide because it is all out there on official records.

(45,851 posts)People know it's happening, having someone come right out and say it will be refreshing.
Trump actually bribing officials, including Hillary, will give him credibility with a lot of people if he just comes out and says it in a matter of fact manner.
Yeah, I'm a crook but I wasn't pretending to be on your side like the people I bribed were, they are the real crooks.

The speeches?
The Iraq vote?
I think Trump's "people" would have figured those things out for themselves.
