Just thought I would put this out there
Protesters chanting, shes not with us, forced Clinton to cut short her scheduled speech to just 14 minutes and signaled she may have a difficult time rallying Sanders supporters behind her campaign if she wins the Democratic nomination.

Surveying the crowd crammed into a stuffy college gym, Clinton declared that she could think of no better place to celebrate Cinco de Mayo. She called for comprehensive immigration reform and a path? for citizenship for those in the country illegally.
...
The boisterous rally was Clintons final public stop of the day. Earlier, she met with African American leaders and headlined a fundraiser hosted by Los Angeles City Councilman Jose Huizar. The regions top Democratic officials turned out to support Clinton, including Mayor Eric Garcetti, Reps. Xavier Becerra and Judy Chu, county Supervisor Hilda Solis, and Senate President Pro Tem Kevin de León.
A handful of Sanders supporters unsuccessfully tried to interrupt her evening speech, and scores more protested outside. Clinton, however, focused on a general-election argument by repeatedly skewering Trump, who became the presumptive GOP nominee as Texas Sen. Ted Cruz and Ohio Gov. John Kasich ended their presidential campaigns this week.

You can hear them chanting "bernie" and "fuck you" in the background.
Bernie would not have approved. But as you guys keep saying, this is not about Bernie.

(362 posts)Can you please give me more details about this event? Was this event organized with money donated by corporations, Wall Street and other members of the one percent?

(1,065 posts)As am I. They're right to protest, but should lay off on cursing especially around kids. In fact, if they were yelling at supporters at all they weren't protesting Hillary they were protesting her supporters which I wouldn't agree with too.
I've felt the same exact way when I see people protesting Trump Rallies, there's a right way to protest. And that's by sending the right message. Protest the ideas you're against, not the people.
Anyways shouldn't see much of these right? Not much Bernie or Busters supposedly.
