Related: About this forumCan someone post an example?
Of Hillary Clinton being influenced by the money she has received from the speeches she has made?

She's also the most honest politician running.
http://www.politifact.com/personalities/hillary-clinton
23% of her statements have been rated "True"
27% of her statements have been rated "Mostly True"
She has been more honest than both Bernie and Trump.
But she's a lying corrupt corporate shill right?

(6,409 posts)The system is set up to provide politicians with plausible deniability. Every time someone does a favor for a big donor, it's pure coincidence. Just remember, if we accept this explanation from Clinton, we have to accept it from every Republican. Fair is fair.

(443 posts)Talked her Husband into Vetoing a bill that would make student loans exempt from Bankruptcy. This was a bill being pushed by several banks. Skip ahead to end of Bills term and Hillary runs for Senate and get's money from those same banks. She then goes onto vote at very next time the bill came up and she voted "Yes" on this bill. So she was influenced by the money. Even if she just changed her mind it does not matter. If you do not think that getting millions of dollars from anyone does not influence you then you are naive.

(1,473 posts)I was deluged by womens groups and childrens groups because the version of the bill that was going to be voted on did not protect child support, did not protect vulnerable women and their children from what would happen to them if their partner, their spouse went into bankruptcy and was able to discharge those obligations, Clinton said Sunday.

(443 posts)By Correct the Record do they get to pick their own screen name or is there some formula correct the record uses? Not that I am accusing the OP of that just because he is new and low post count and is posting a link to a website that is owned by Correct the Record SuperPac. I was just wondering in general.

(1,473 posts)I've also seen Sanders flip flop or give say one thing and then literally vote another right afterwards. The 94 crime bill comes to mind. That is always ignored by Sanders supporters.

(38,471 posts)since she picked up her Wall Street tributes. As to your linked attributions, BlueNationReview, owned by Brock, is like Opposite Day on Spongebob Squarepants, and Politifact has had a hard time putting out the fire in its own pants.

(443 posts)In 2008 race she collected more bribes than any other Senate race to that date and many was from NY. Boy did Wall Street get suckered electing her. She actually went to them and wagged her fingers telling the to Cut it out. They must of cried big time at waste of money the did.

(10,493 posts)However, since that large sum of money came from doing her post office job, it is open to the people to determine if the content bears measure. That's reasonable, given the level of office and the issues we're dealing with today in influence peddling.
Now, as it relates to her past, and the potential for those large sums of money to influence her role in government. There have been many examples that have raised eyebrows and brought cause for concern. Here is one.
