Skip ahead to end of Bills term and Hillary runs for Senate and get's money from those same banks. She then goes onto vote at very next time the bill came up and she voted "Yes" on this bill. So she was influenced by the money. Even if she just changed her mind it does not matter. If you do not think that getting millions of dollars from anyone does not influence you then you are naive.
