Related: About this forumthe internet SAVAGES Jill Stein in response
Green party presidential candidate Jill Stein celebrated Mothers Day by calling Hillary Clinton a bad mother.
Stein lobbed the charge on Twitter, where she also implicitly suggested that, unlike Hillary, she was a great mother.

(1,820 posts)I want a candidate that reflects good values and cares for ALL women's children and does not feel any other mother's child needs to be brought to HEEL.
I would also hope that our candidate would not want any other mother's finances to be unsafe.

(26,060 posts)thinking all the Hillary supporters are being paid if you wish but it's one of the reasons you refuse to face up to reality. That's not Hillary's problem. That's not Hillary's supporter's problem. That's entirely your problem.

(12,958 posts)I don't understand why she feels she needs an army of 'Neener! Neener! Neener!' trolls, but for whatever reason she does.
You would think she would want to put out a coherent message, but apparently they don't feel a need to.

(26,060 posts)Is this really what you find important?

You were the one that breathlessly brought the buttheart to DU. It wasn't enough for you to post it once, you posted it twice in the same thread.
I figured I'd point that out, you're welcome.

(15,558 posts)but by my reckoning Jill Stein is a better presidential candidate than Clinton by a factor of 10.
Demsrule86
(68,455 posts)so no she is not a better candidate...she is a spoiler of elections but otherwise not relevant.

And the peewee league kid is a hellaciously bad sport, to boot. We should all go tweet a "You mad bro?" meme at her

(47,803 posts)Just the hypocracy that there have been equivalent situations, where a proliferation of comments to someone who spouts off against Sanders is characterized as rude boorish Bernibros swarming an innocent victim -- and further evidence that all supporters of Sanders are unhinged milennials..
And of course Clinton supporters are so mannerly they would never do that......
hrmjustin
(71,265 posts)I personally don't use the term berniebro but I have encountered people on the internet that fit the accepted description. I have encountered hotheads for Hillary as well. But not everyone is like this.
But in real life Sanders supporters I know are similiar to Hillary supporters.

(47,803 posts)The people who support each candidates are not different species -- they have just reached different conclusions about the overall situation of the country and which candidate best represents their beliefs and goals.

HRC is not the woman I want to see become president.
Stein? She'd certainly be better than Clinton, but she won't be that woman, either.
The misogynistic world...it's still attached to its mothers, that being the fundamental connection that brings us into the world, a connection that remains strong regardless of what kind of mothering happened after the day of birth.
Clinton? She is not, in any way, a mother figure, except to her own daughter. I'll stay out of that one.
Demsrule86
(68,455 posts)And we are tired of waiting...and you better get used to it...Clinton or Trump are the choices as St. Bernie has lost the primary.

(46,179 posts)Nice.
I myself am a woman, and know plenty of women who are good enough. Just because Ms. Clinton is not among them, doesn't mean they aren't out here.
